Giving Tuesday gratitude

We are thrilled to report that our generous donors gave $9,298 for Giving Tuesday, and we are extremely grateful!

The first $7,000 was matched by Henry and Socorro Gilbert, Bettina Hughes, Jorge and Ann Leis, Jeanne Newman, Sharal Camisa Smith, David and Andrea Thurm, Ria and Erik Wright, and Wetherby Asset Management.

This means our community raised a total of $16,298 to support science! At The Leakey Foundation, that amount goes a long way.

$16,298 can fund:
• 🎓 One Baldwin Fellowship or
• 🧬 One PhD candidate’s research project or
• 💬 Seven episodes of Lunch Break Science or
• ⛺ Eight field school scholarships
